August GlossyBox
Hi everybody and welcome to another GlossyBox review. Its that time of the month again- GlossyBox. This month GlossyBox are celebrating 5 years in the business with a collectors edition box, I have to admit I love pretty boxes and always keep my GlossyBox's for storing makeup and little bits. Unfortunately when I received my GlossyBox in the post one of the pans in the palette had smashed and there was eye shadow all over the other products :( I emailed GlossyBox to see if anything could be done and they replied telling me they had sent a replacement box to me, I was really impressed with the customer service and just wanted to say thanks to Lucy Gould at GlossyBox!
Getting back to this months box,the five products included were;
MUA Eyeshadow Palette
MUDMASKY Face Mask
SPA TO YOU Cleansing Brush
COWSHED Body Lotion
RAE FEATHER Mini Pouch
My two favourite products in this months box were the MUA eyeshadow palette and the MUDMASKY face mask.

Up first is the MUA eyeshadow palette. For anybody who has not heard of MUA they offer high standard makeup at low cost. So far sounds good! The palette I received was the Heaven and Earth palette. My first impression of the palette was the range of colours, it consists of brown, bronze, burgundy and highlighter colours. You could create a

whole eyelook simply using this one palette. Below I have included a picture with swatches of all the colours in the palette. The consistency of the shadows are quite good considering the price and they blended out easily when applying them. Overall I was really satisfied with this palette and I think it will be perfect for using around Christmas time.
MUDMASKY: Detox Facial Mask
My next favourite product from this months GlossyBox was the Mudmasky face mask. I absolutely love using face masks so I was delighted when I seen this was included! Before using the mask I decided to do some research about the brand and the mask. Mudmasky was founded by two people one a dermatologist and the other an entrepreneur. They came together to create a mask with all natural ingredients and no parabens. They succeeded in this and that is how Mudmasky was founded. What I found really intriguing about this face mask was the fact that ALL the ingredients contained inside are natural, they range from Japanese tea leaves to Moroccan lava clay. Another interesting fact is that they have made the tube so you do not lose any of the goodness of the ingredients once you open the tube. Because I have an oily t-zone I decided to leave the mask on for ten minutes and then rinse it off. Afterwards my skin felt so smooth and my pores felt as if they had been drained of all the horrible gunk inside them. I was really impressed with this face mask and I think once I finish my tube I will re purchase. I love the fact that I know I am putting natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals on my face. I will leave the link below to their website if you are interested in purchasing or checking out the website for yourself.
lots of love,
